If your puppy arrives with a serious, verifiable health issue that is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution. This may include a partial refund, full refund, or puppy replacement, depending on the situation.

2. Unexpected Life Changes (Within 14 Days):
We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. If you’re unable to keep your puppy within 14 days of arrival due to unforeseen personal or family circumstances, please contact us. A return may be possible, though a rehoming/restocking fee may apply to cover necessary care and placement of the puppy.
